Ha! I'm a big fan of deep dish already (especially Zachary's in the Bay Area; worth trying if you make it there). I'm actually going to Pequod's for the first time next weekend, after a friend recommended it (and then I saw it on The Bear soon after). Looking forwad to it, and to all that Chicago has to offer, it's pretty great so far.
