After a long career in software, most recently at Google, I made my long-time comedy hobby my full time job.
From years of giving deeply technical presentations, I learned to infuse everything with humor, because you cannot educate an audience that’s asleep.
My dry sense of humor was inspired by British television. I saw Monty Python’s Flying Sheep sketch at an impressionable young age and ever since I find joy in saying ridiculous things with a straight face.
My most recent creative project is my tech history book . The book involved over 60 interviews with members of the early team and tells the story of the development of Android in the words and stories of the people who built it.
Currently, I'm writing scripts, stories and screenplays that draw on a mix of workplace satire, mystery, and action, told with a deadpan point of view.
